- Sea of Possibility
Transform your room into a unique and magical space with this limited edition print.
Here is my artist statement for this artwork: "The “Sea Of Possibility” encompasses my thoughts about our human interaction in our surrounding coastal environment. It is also about how in this society we feel the need to acquire things to give meaning to our lives or to reach our dreams, when, really it is all more like "chains", holding us back.
The “Sea of Possibility” is about the escape and the opportunity to leave the chains behind and to dream differently to how everyone wants you to……It is then that you see colour, magic and inspiration and learn to respect and become again part of the delicate balance of nature and respect the environment we call home.
The ship is the opportunity to sail into possibility…..the possibility of hope."
This print can be custom printed to any size. Please contact Jenny directly for further information- jennylaidlaw1@gmail.com
The small and medium sizes come presented on an archival, acid free, white backing board and inside an acid free, crystal clear bag. (The large size does not come with a backing board. It is rolled inside acid free tissue paper, packaged and posted in a hard postal tube.)
All prints are handled with the utmost care when being placed into the postal tubes or flat packaging. Both the printer and the artist witness the prints being packed and do not allow for any imperfections to be passed onto clients.
Your print is very delicate and should only be removed from the packaging by a professional framer. Any creases or imperfections are not the responsibility of the artist.
With only 100 prints made from my original artwork, this Limited Edition Print is a fresh, special approach instead of a mass produced Open Edition print.
The original artwork was done using pen and ink and watercolour paint.
All my Limited Edition Prints are printed on museum quality 310gsm Hahnemuhle 100% acid free archival Etching Paper with inks that are museum quality and fade resistant for 150-200 years (when Framed).
This artwork is hand signed, titled and numbered by Jenny Laidlaw.
A Certificate of Authenticity is supplied with the print.
The Watermark (copyright Jenny Laidlaw) is not printed on the print.
