DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER:
Jenny will most likely send orders within 1-3 working days of purchase, however if this is not possible you will be notified by email. However, most Limited Edition Prints are printed to order, so please keep this in mind when ordering a print.
While Jenny will do everything she can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, she will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of delay/damage caused by the carrier or by any event which is out of her reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to her.
Extra care is taken when packaging all prints. The Limited Edition prints up to A3 size are sent in a rigid and flat postal mailer and the A2 size prints are rolled in acid free tissue paper and sent in a postal tube.
All prints are handled with the utmost care when being placed into the postal tubes or flat packaging. Both the printer and the artist witness the prints being packed and do not allow for any imperfections to be passed onto clients.
Your print is very delicate and should only be removed from the packaging by a professional framer. Any creases or imperfections are not the responsibility of the artist.

Once Jenny has received the damaged print, she will issue you a new one.

- All items in your order that are in stock will be processed and dispatched from Jenny's stuido within 1 to 3 working days. If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, Jenny will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for those items. If applicable, Jenny may also give you the option of waiting for her to ship the items once new stock arrives.

- Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery within Australian metropolitan regions.
- Please allow 7-21 working days for orders delivered to regional locations within Australia.
- Tracking will be available where possible.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
- Please allow 7-21 WORKING days for delivery.
- Please be aware of your country's import regulations.
- The buyer is responsible for any extra custom fees/taxes.
- Please notify Jenny if you would like to purchase tracking or insurance as an extra. (at your cost)
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER:
- When you receive your order, please make sure all the right contents are in your parcel.
- Jenny wants you to have the best online shopping experience, so if you have any problems with your order, please email Jenny at jennylaidlaw1@gmail.com and she will respond asap.
- For lost prints in the mail, Jenny will try and hunt them down first. Sometimes they sit in post offices or end up in strange places. It happens, unfortunately.
- With any damaged prints, send Jenny an email with support images of the issue and then mail the print back to Jenny at
Once Jenny has received the damaged print, she will issue you a new one.
- Unfortunately Jenny does not offer refunds if you change your mind.
- All Jenny's products are packaged with great care, however if there is a problem with your order upon delivery, please contact Jenny by email jennylaidlaw1@gmail.com and she will respond asap.
